Loan Services PSLF – PSLF form PSLF form is the form you must complete in order to receive the Public Service loan forgiveness program. The PSLF is a program that allows you to receive your loans for free in the event of 10 years’ continuous service. Before you can be considered eligible the program, you need to work full-time for a qualified employer and be able to make 120 timely payments.
