T Public Service Loan Forgiveness PSLF – Form PSLF PSLF form is an application form which you have to complete to participate in the Public Services The Loan Forgiveness Programme. The PSLF is a program that allows to have your loans forgiven in the event of 10 years’ continuous service. In order to be eligible the program, you must work full-time for an eligible employer, and you must make on-time 120 payments.
