Utah Passes Notice Of PSLF – Form PSLF PSLF form is an form that you must fill out to participate in the Public Services Loan Forgiveness Program. The PSLF is program that allows you to be granted loan forgiveness at the end of 10 years’ work. For you to qualify for the program, you must perform full-time work for a qualifying employer and pay 120 on-time payments.

A 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation

When do I need to file for Utah Passes Notice Of PSLF?
You are eligible for PSLF if you have a loan that is eligible and you have made 120 qualifying payment on the loan. You may be able apply for PSLF after making only 10 qualifying loans, however, you must apply within the first 10 years of the repayment period.
You do not need to submit a claim for PSLF immediately at the time of beginning your repayment period. You have the option of waiting until you’ve paid 120 payment before you file for it.
