• A 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation
A non-profit or public health organization
-An AmeriCorps or Peace Corps volunteer service
When do I have to file for Why PSLF Is Bad?
You can qualify for PSLF only if you hold a qualifying loan and make 120 qualifying payments on that loan. It’s possible to apply for PSLF after making only 10 qualifying payment, but you must file for it for it within 10 years from the commencement of your repayment period.
There is no requirement to be a candidate for PSLF from the very beginning of your repayment period. You can wait until having made 120 payments before submitting for it.
