What is the deadline to file for Will Thry Cap PSLF?
You are eligible to file for PSLF depending on whether you’ve got an eligible loan and you make 120 qualifying repayments on that loan. You may be able to file for PSLF by making just 10 qualifying loans, however, you must apply for it at the beginning of the 10th year of the repayment period.
You do not need to file for PSLF when you begin your repayment period. You can wait until after you’ve completed 120 payments before filing for it.
